(Prevention of illness)
The influenza pandemic has been accelerating and recently exceeded the basic levels of warning.
In order to prevent catching or transmitting influenza, please wash your hands and gargle as frequently as possible throughout the day.
In addition, make an effort to get plenty of sleep, eat nutritious foods, and conduct other healthy practices that help prevent against acquiring an illness.
When you have symptoms such as coughing or sneezing, please wear a mask as much as possible, and bear in mind proper coughing and sneezing etiquette.
Those who are showing symptoms of influenza should refrain from going out as much as possible.
(Medical Examinations)
If you are going to see a doctor about flu-like symptoms, please call the medical institution in advance, and put on a mask before you leave the house.
People who have a history of asthma, chronic respiratory illness, dialysis, or any other similar ailment, as well as pregnant women are all highly at risk for catching a serious illness.
If anyone with these conditions shows the symptoms of influenza listed below, they should consult with their regular doctors, and seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
On the other hand, anyone who is otherwise healthy, but begins to show symptoms listed below should also seek medical treatment, since anyone is susceptible to catching influenza.

・Pale or pallid face
・Recurring vomiting or diarrhea
・Inability to calm down
・Doesn’t want to play
・Slowed reaction time
・Symptoms are prolonged or get worse
◆Adults
・Labored breathing or shortness of breath
・Continued chest pain
・Recurring vomiting or diarrhea
・Fever lasting more than 3 days
・Symptoms are prolonged or get worse
